All data we receive from you will be handled in accordance with the provisions of the Swiss Data Protection Act (DSG). By sending us your data, you give your consent to its processing within Laubscher Präzision AG for marketing purposes and to maintain existing and future customer relationships, as well as for purposes that are explicitly listed during data collection or are obviously related to the delivery of your data.

When you visit our website “www.laubscher.swiss”, our servers temporarily store every access in a log file. The following data is stored by us until automated deletion after twelve months at the latest:

  • the name and URL of the retrieved file

  • the country from which you accessed and the language settings on your browser
  • the name of your Internet access provider

This data is processed for the purpose of enabling the use of our website (connection establishment), to ensure system security and stability on a permanent basis and to enable the optimization of our Internet offering, as well as for internal statistical purposes. This data processing is based on our legitimate interest in presenting ourselves through our website. Furthermore, in the event of attacks on the network infrastructure of www.url.ch, the IP address is evaluated for statistical purposes.

  1. When you sign up for our newsletter

On our website you have the possibility to subscribe to our newsletter. Registration is required for this. The following data must be provided as part of the registration:

The above data are necessary for data processing.

By registering, you give us your consent to process the data provided for the regular dispatch of the newsletter to the address you have provided and for the statistical evaluation of usage behavior and the optimization of the newsletter.
